Today is my birthday! Even though I’ve been taking it easy today, I still managed to get my daily routine in and stay on track with my meals.
Usually on days that I don’t have Jiu Jitsu, I head to the gym to workout.
I use an app called, “Transform” by Chris and Heidi Powell. It’s like having your own personal trainer. You put in your goals and it will give you daily workouts for weeks.
There’s a small fee for using it, but it’s definitely worth it. I’ve never paid for a personal trainer, and always put together my own workouts, based off lots of research. The problem with doing this was the fact of needing to change the workouts up regularly. So to be efficient with my time, I purchased this app.
Now it’s time to head home from the office and get ready for our family dinner outing.
