2019 Will Be The Best Year Yet

Happy New Year, everyone! 2018 was a great year for me and the people I surround myself with. I’ve had some personal struggles that I had to overcome, but who doesn’t? I’m going into 2019 more confident than I’ve ever been about it being the best year yet. For both personal and business.

I’ve been really inspired and motivated lately and ready to kick this blog into gear and start connecting with like-minded people who want to join me on the bridge.

I have a lot going on, that I’ll be writing about in upcoming posts. I have a few challenges that I’m starting, such as taking pure cold showers daily, doing 500 pushups and 500 sit-ups daily, while still regularly going to Jiu Jitsu, CrossFit, and Yoga.

I just finished reading “Can’t Hurt Me” by David Goggins, which I’ll review in a separate post and now I”m currently reading “What Doesn’t Kill Us” by Scott Carney.

My big goals for 2019 are the following:

Physical Goals
3 Spartan Races
Bridge Jump
Ultra Marathon
Blue Belt Jiu Jitsu
Visit 8 new countries

Brain Goals
Read 15 Books
Organize a jump at Stari Most Bridge
Take a Public Speaking class at a local community college
Become a better writer/blogger
Double my businesses income from 2018

I’ll revisit this list at the end of the year to see how many I can proudly check off. This year I will be challenging myself and trying to do things that suck on a daily basis, whether that’s taking a cold shower (while being in January…in Idaho), or getting my ass kicked in Jiu Jitsu.

I’m looking forward to writing more and seeing my writing strength grow as I develop out this blog.

Cheers!
